Subscription Billing Terms
- Novalix Systems LLC provides one connected business system offered through monthly or annual recurring billing.
- The monthly subscription costs $297 and renews monthly until canceled.
- The annual subscription costs $2,970 and renews annually until canceled.
- The annual price provides twelve months for the price of ten and saves $594 compared with twelve monthly payments of $297.
- Both billing options contain the same approved features.
- Additional authorized charges may apply for advertising, domains, premium applications, integrations, phone numbers, calls, text messages, emails and usage-based artificial-intelligence services.
- Applicable additional charges must be disclosed before activation.
- Customers must provide affirmative consent before recurring billing begins.
- Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but normally does not end access before the current paid term expires.
- Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- No free trial is offered.
- Marketing results are not guaranteed.
- Novalix Systems LLC may not charge an unapproved payment amount.
1. Website Use & Eligibility
You may use our website to learn about our services and submit inquiries. You represent that you are authorized to submit information on behalf of any business you describe. Our services are intended for businesses seeking marketing and automation tools; final eligibility depends on the approved service scope.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
The Novalix Systems LLC subscription is offered as a recurring subscription with two billing options: a monthly subscription billed at $297 per month, and an annual subscription billed at $2,970 per year. Both options are recurring subscriptions, not one-time payments, and remain active until canceled. See the Subscription Billing Terms above and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Advertising budgets, premium applications, domains, phone numbers, calls, texts, emails, and usage-based AI services are not included in the subscription price and may carry additional charges. Applicable charges will be disclosed before activation.
3. Service Scope
The subscription includes access to and setup of the listed Novalix Systems LLC features according to the customer's approved onboarding scope. Website hosting and platform access remain available while the customer maintains an active subscription. Team-user accounts are configured during onboarding according to the customer's approved business requirements.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate business information, approved branding and service descriptions, timely access to required accounts, and review and approval of customer-facing content. Customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before communications are sent and for complying with applicable laws and platform policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website and services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the systems of third parties.
6. Account Access & Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for limiting access to approved team members. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
7. Customer-Provided Content & Permissions
Customers retain ownership of business names, logos, photographs, written content, trademarks, and other materials they provide. Customers must have permission to use all content they submit. Novalix Systems LLC retains ownership of its reusable templates, processes, system architecture, and preexisting materials.
8. Intellectual Property
The Novalix Systems LLC website, branding, templates, and proprietary materials are owned by Novalix Systems LLC and protected by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Novalix Systems LLC intellectual property to you.
9. Third-Party Services & Integrations
Some features rely on third-party services and integrations. Availability, compatibility, and performance of third-party services are not guaranteed and are subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies. Customers may cancel their subscription as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We may update or modify our services from time to time. We will communicate significant changes that affect the approved scope where practicable.
12. Disclaimers
Marketing results vary and are not guaranteed. Novalix Systems LLC does not guarantee revenue, lead volume, appointments, conversions, advertising performance, search-engine rankings, uptime, uninterrupted service, or compatibility with every third-party platform. Estimates, demonstrations, samples, dashboards, and projections are informational and are not guaranteed outcomes.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novalix Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. This limitation is subject to applicable law.
